The Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG) app has been designed for its tenants to be able to manage their tenancy at a time and place that is convenient to them.
It provides speedy access for tenants to be able to self-serve a range of key tasks.The app allows registered tenants to be able to:-• Manage their rent account and make payments• Report repairs• Report antisocial behaviour in the community• Further enhancements will be added following tenant feedbackWCHG is a registered social landlord providing over 13000 homes to Wythenshawe and neighbouring communities.
WCHG contains two subsidiary housing associations Willow Park Housing Trust and Parkway Green Housing Trust.
